Dear Ballet Parent:

We appreciate you enrolling your child in the ballet program. Please take some time to read the following.

The Ballet Program will start according to your school's calendar.  Each school has requested their own start and finish date.  This is subject to change at any time according to the school.  All school's start times are not the same.  Please check with your teacher or Brenda.

There will be a
Recital at the end of the school year. Dates have not yet been set. This will enable us to order our costumes early. If you do not wish to participate please indicate on the registration form. If you change your mind later the fee will be more.

We have provided an
on-line registration form (see link above) for your convenience.  Please fill out registration form carefully.  Do not leave out any information.  Most registration forms are returned with information missing.  All registration forms must list a minimum of two emergency names and phone numbers. Please keep this file current. Please list your cell number and e-mail address. At least one emergency contact should be a neighbor or adult who lives near the school location. I am listing my cell number for emergency only.

If you must use the printed form, please mail registration fee and registration form immediately.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Registration fees are to be paid before the first day of class and tuitions paid no later than the 1st class. Registration and fees for late students are to be paid on their first day of class.  Late students will be pro-rated. 
Split Payments are due by first day of class and January 22nd
